Here are our engagement photos we took last August (but it feels like we took them yesterday so basically it's okay that they're multiple months old).  I want to post all of our pictures from or for the wedding.  I realize it's old news, but I want them documented here so they don't just get lost in the abyss that is my iPhoto.  These were so fun to take, even though our feet came dangerously close to falling off in the negative temp water (worth it).  Alixann Loosle is an amazing talent, we were so lucky to be able to work with her!

This has been a long time coming!  I feel super weird actually writing my first post on this blog because for so long it was just an idea baking in my brain.  I started on Tumblr, learned more about myself and what I wanted to do, and after a lot of thinking, re-thinking, obsessing, planning, and executing (a cycle that just repeats itself in my life), I ended up here for a fresh beginning!  I plan to use this blog as a tool to hone my personal style, cross my current creative limits, and document the details of my life as well as my photographical experiments.
